in regards to Ernest... "Without humor, a sports fan is a religious fanatic. Without humor, a newscast is a terrible, depressing, unpalatable thing - Keith Olbermann"

I doubt Olbermann ever met a byu fan?

MisterJ. Funny you would quote Keith Olbermann of all people. Arguably the most hateful news commentator ever. Too much hate even for MSNBC, eventually costing him his job.

Ansah is a good kid and deserves to go early in the draft. But he is going to quickly learn that NFL is a far cry from college. I think it will be tough going for awhile. But if he is as teachable as they say he is, he'll be OK, because he has the raw skills.

I'll impart some wisdom from Chris Jericho that I'm sure KO would agree with, "Lighten up junior."

As for Ansah, He is raw with loads of potential. He is a huge reach in the top 10. Going to the Giants would be ideal. I just pray he doesn't get drafted by the putzburgh stealers.

Ziggy just ran a 4.62 40 at the NFL Combine - the fastest 40 by an Defensive Lineman. Word is, he's all but clinched a first-round draft slot; now it depends on the needs of the teams picking at the top of the draft on how high in the draft Ziggy is taken.

Just read about Star Lotulelei's heart condition. I hope it's not too serious, but the timing is terrible for Star. Missing the Combine with something as serious as a heart problem could be huge for his draft prospects, or even having a career in the NFL, depending on how serious it is.

I wouldnt see his guidance.

BYU fans have been telling me that "he" doesn't want people watching/playing sports on sundays.

So if ziggy really does communicate with "him", "he" will tell ziggy not to play in the NFL.

Right byu fans?

Please - be consistent with what you've been telling me.

"Gentlemen": Please be nice to each other. It's not that hard. Ziggy is awesome.

There's not any inconsistency in Ziggy seeking Heavenly Father's guidance in every aspect of his life, including playing in the NFL.

Lots of professions require work on the Sabbath - doctors, nurses, utility workers, broadcast media, police, firefighters, airline pilots, hospitality workers, dairy farmers, snow plow drivers - the list goes on and on.

I know it's a fine line, but there's a subtle but important difference between working on the Sabbath because you're required to as part of your profession and voluntarily participating in a recreational activity on the Sabbath.

I think he did an amazing job at the press conference. Very mature and articulate.

Ziggy at 6'5", 271 lbs, runs a 4.63 40
Te'o at 6'1", 240 lbs, runs a 4.82 40

While Ziggy's stock is rising; Manti's stock is plummeting.

It's going to be very interesting to see what happens to both on draft day.
