Don't ruin yourself financially by going to law school! Over $100K in student loan debt and no job to pay it off. Almost all law jobs want 5+ years experience now; entry level jobs are drying up and law as a career is very risky these days. Google Don't Go To Law School...
Student trial experience should be balanced with mediation experience. Going to trial is expensive for everyone except the hourly rate attorneys. America's costly legal system needs fundamental changes as do our law schools. This article seems to say we are doing more of the same, but more efficiently. The contraction of job opportunities and outsourcing of routine legal paper work are realities that Mr. Anderson ignores. Self aggrandizement is a dangerous drug.
