How many people these days are working at a Fast Food place with a Four-year degress or even a Masters because there are no other jobs for them? or they chose the wrong major? Further, how many highly educated people can't get an entry level job because they are over-qualified and they are told at the interview, "Your over-qualified, and you'll leave once a better job comes along" I've always hated that excuse, its like the applicant is signing up for indentured servitude and their skill set unbalances the employer power. Finally, Utah is a right-to-work-state. The boss can fire you for any whimsical reason, like he feels threatened because he is a Highschool dropout and you aren't after you make him/her millions.
