I think it great that sports brings kids together, but I also think that bringing kids from all over the country to play against teams that are limited to the kids they grew up with is wrong. There is enough Private Schools in this state that the could play against each other and recrute all they want from any country they want to.
It isn't recruiting. It is offering these kids a first class education.
The article left a lot of unanswered questions. It indicates the players hail from 9 countries yet only 6 are listed and I am left to wonder which player is from which country. A human interest update with more details is possibly warranted given their success and the apparent interest, based on comment threads on desnews.com, in the concept of private schools and their ability to "recruit" players.
