Right. He is taking responsibility because he got arrested. If he actually had taken responsibility he wouldn't have broken the law for three years and waited until the police showed up.
Pretty low on the integrity scale so I guess you know what the standard has been lowered to inside the Jazz organization.
Then again what am I talking about...just following in the footsteps of our beloved president who put a tax cheat in charge of the US Treasury!
Never mind...evidently its completely acceptable.
