How unnecessary!! Who thinks up this stuff? Lawmakers can think of a zillion ways to come up with commissions and committees to investigate/regulate anything and spend a bundle of money doing it. DUMB!
Looks as if the Utah legislature agrees Marriage is a Governent regulated/sanctioned contract and not really a religious one.
So, why not gay marriage? Why not Plural Marriage?
There is one sure way to improve the marriage rate: Marriage equality.
