This has got to be one of the most ridiculous studies I've ever heard of. Interruptions = errors and loss of productivity. Well, DUH!

And yet so much of our work life is constructed to have more, not less, interruptions. Email, text messages, instant messages, tweets, etc. are all used in the name of productivity, yet are just new ways to interrupt.
