Think about it, if these guys have never been convicted of a FELONY, they may legally carry their guns.
Should certain misdemeanors be included in the list of offenses that prohibit a person from packing?
Re: one old man
To quote from the article "The alleged shooter, Junior Enrique Hernandez Alvarez, was arrested for investigation of attempted murder, being a restricted person in possession of a firearm, a federal weapons violation and drug possession."
One of the things Alvarez is charged with is being a restricted person in possession of a firearm. Obviously he can't legally carry a gun. Did you read the article?
Two more illegals that just came to this country to make a better life for themselves.
All those in the country illegally are "restricted persons" as far as weapons are concerned. They are not legally allowed to own firearms. Of course for illegal aliens doing something "illegal" is not a concern since they are committing an illegal act every day that they are in the United States
I wonder how long we are going to be naive enough to believe these illegal aliens have ANY respect for our laws? How long are we going to continue to buy into the bogus lie that they only come here to do the jobs "Americans won't do?"
We are facing a very real invasion. They don't even need guns - for the effort we are making to stop them is somewhere between zip and none, and we are even allowing greedy business interests to buy off politicians to not only ignore them, but to treat them like they were citizens. Why even have laws (or borders) if we won't see they are respected?
SME- most don't read the whole article. They just type after they see the headline. I know there is a sector of society that loves to hear themselves talk. It's actually proven in medical science that some find comfort in their own voice. I'm starting to believe that a new phenomenon is loving the way the keys sound while typing furiously and hitting "submit" with authority.
