Hmmmm. An entire article on a guy who although is averaging 4.1 minutes a game actually played just 3 minutes last night and contributed with 1 point. Perhaps a more timely article would be one a bit more critical of our Cougs' inconsistent play. How about an article about Zylstra's goose-egg. He, too, returned to San Diego with much less success than their trip to the JCP last year.
Guess what team has the best RPI win in the state?
Utah against Colorado
Guess who has second best RPI win in state?
Utah against Boise
Guess who has third best RPI win in state?
Utah against Washington
Even in another down year for Utah hoops, our Pac 12 invitation is proving to be significantly better than a WCC invite
Utah has a better chance at an at large invite than byu with 3 better wins than any of yours
Guess which team has the best RPI in the state?
1. #55 BYU
Guess which team has the 2nd best RPI in the state?
2. #121 Utah State
Guess which team has the third best RPI in the state?
3. #136 Weber State
Guess which team has the fourth best RPI in the state?
4. #170 Utah
Yes, that's a fact.
Even in down year for Cougar hoops, BYU, and every other "Big Four" team in the state, is still significantly better than that wannabe big boys on the hill.
The only invite the Utes will get is an invitation to take the first bus home from the PAC 10.2 tournament.
Gotta luv Bronson's work ethic to jump from a grinding football season, straight into college basketball.
Bronson is the ultimate team player; Kafusi has progressed well in just a short time, but it's likely this will be his only season playing basketball for BYU.
Wow, you gotta love both BYU and Utah fans talking smack to each other during a year when each team is mired in mediocrity. Yeah, that's a great time to beat your chest.
Bronson should spend some time practicing free throws. Maybe Bronson on one end of the court and Brandon on the other. I haven't seen so many bricks tossed up since I played church ball. Had the Cougars made a decent percentage of their free throws they might have pulled this one out.
