Will this require something like a prenuptial agreement that guys will have to get from women before a date and pay and dating costs? Why don't we make dating couples and friendships hand each other disclosure cards before they can have a relationship of any kind.
How would any such standard or law be enforceable? Would a crime be committed by accusation?
Protective orders do not prevent anything unless they come with an armed guard or weapons.
