This is the best sports story I have read in a very long time! Congratulations Cathryn and much respect to Union High School!
Rock on Cathryn
The awesome thing about the incredible story is the people lucky enough to witness the event will easily remember the experience long after they forget who won the game. Major props to both schools for allowing this girl to have her turn.
Amazing story. Congrats Cathryn
Union High, you just earned more respect for this game than you ever would have by winning a state championship. Thank you for making us realize what is really important, in sport and in life! That was so heartwarming!
This is awesome...should be a movie about this story!
My sister plays for Wasatch which is in the same region as Judge, so I see this girl all the time. I have always wondered about her story. In warm ups, when she makes a three, everyone, even the opposing fans, go wild.
