    Brave Sir,
I believe the data you seek is available in the report "Inventory of U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Sinks: 1990-2011", EPA 430-R-13-001 dated April 15th such as Table 3-1: CO2, CH4, and N2O Emissions from Energy (Tg CO2 Eq.). Here Joy is pointing you to another more recent document whose purpose is clearly stated.
I cannot read your mind, but you might be cautious not to confuse pollutants. In Utah, the recent press has focused on PM.

This study didn't even include vehicles which are a bigger source of greenhouse gases than all the study factors COMBINED. What is the point of this study?

Good luck. The only thing the right will hear is Al Gore and then they start foaming at the mouth.

The only thing clean about coal is the word 'clean' stuck in front of it.
