Wow, talk about getting off easy.....
Dumb, dumb, dumb. But at least the media is FINALLY reporting that it wasn't mere "target shooting" that caused all those fires last year. Rather, it was the irresponsible shooting of explosive targets. For the life of me, I can't understand why this distinction was never made when those sorts of details were so pertinent in a literally "heated" discussion.
$5000? That will teach them a lesson.
Slap on the pinky. Utah should go for civil penalties of millions of dollars against these guys. Maybe that will teach somebody somewhere a lesson.
