If Utah is going to win back-to-back conf. games this season this is, by far, their best opportunity to do it.

Get it done fellas.

Come on Utes. We're on the right trajectory. Keep working together!

Kind of funny that winning two in a row is such a conference defining moment.

We wait with bated breath... yawn.

You act like you don't care, yet here you are reading the article and taking the time to comment. Actions speak louder than words my friend ... thanks for caring.

Motor bike,
Yes, it must be a slow news day for someone to read a Utah basketball article. I agree with sammyg, two wins in a row must be quite an accomplishment. You must be so proud. I'm sure the NCAA selection committee will be watching closely as they fill out their brackets.

Yeah, the Super Bowl is certainly a slow day in the sports world. LOL! Looks like you've been exposed just like sammyg. Thanks for caring about our Utes, much appreciated!

You got one point correct... I really don't care. Oh, I do try to watch a moment or two of a game when I can but don't kid yourself, I don't waste a lot of time or effort to watch an entire game of this train wreck.

What was funny the other day is that I'm in Longmont CO for training and the Utah/Colorado game was not to be found on the glorious PAC12 net.

FSN? LOL

Here's hoping you win a second game in a row so the rest of us can be entertained by the 100's of comments of hope, praise, and predictions of grandeur from the faithful likes of... all six of U basketball fans.

You serious Sammy? You know that BYU has played on Root Sports a couple times already this season, right? And that Root is a small affiliate of FSN?

Congrats on the win against Colorado. I'm only disappointed in one thing - if the Buffs are your new rival, why is there not a single comment from a Ute fan in the Rocky Mountain News or Denver Post talking "smack" to the Boulderites?

When U played the Cougs close in December, U posted hundreds of comments in the DNews and SLT. Let's face it, even though we're not aligned by conference - U still consider the Cougs your true rival and always will. I'm flattered.

Motor,
As I recall the Utes played on Saturday and the Super Bowl was on Sunday. I guess the tears in your eyes for having to root for such a cellar dweller have blurred your eye sight. Yes, I am exposed as a BYU fan that loves to comment on Utes atricles, just like you love to comment on BYU articles. How is that different? By the way I really don't care about Utah basketball, the University could cancel the b-ball program and I, along with the 60 fans that attend the games could care less. It's just so much fun to see you, Chris B, and others try to somehow defend being a fan a Utah. I makes my day brighter.

Re: CougfaninTX

You do realize I hope that the Rocky Mountain News has not been around for the past three or four years now. Guess you aren't as informed as you think you are yet you are still obsessed with all things related to the Utes.

"I makes my day brighter."

I'm happy for you downer. Listening to sammy and downer trying to explain away their obsession with Utah athletics is quite entertaining.

With Jordan and Dallin back, the Utes have a much better chance of staying in any game. If we can get contributions from Jeremy as well, we can win them.

Let's go Utes!

"What was funny the other day is that I'm in Longmont CO for training and the Utah/Colorado game was not to be found on the glorious PAC12 net."

So you're trying to make fun of the fact it was on Root(FSN)?

The funniest thing about your comment is that while you were in Longmont, CO thinking that for some reason it was funny that the Utah/Colorado game was on TV but not on the station you think it should've been on .... I happened to be in Manhattan(NY) and was able to watch the Utah/Colorado game on MSG (Madison Square Garden tv station) at the Hilton hotel ... which by the way was also one of two games the Hilton happened to be broadcasting live in the hotel restaurant and bar.

That's right sammyg ... your attempt to belittle the Utes has failed miserably yet again.

No such paper as the Rocky Mountain News so I wonder what you were reading.

Busted on a little lie hey fella?

Sports fans love to watch upsets; so when a cellar-dweller like Utah is poised to upset the team that won the PAC 12 tourney last season, many sports fans find that interesting.

On the other hand, the PAC Net televised pillow fight between PAC 10.2 bottom dwellers Utah(10-11) and Oregon State(11-11) will have a hard time competing with informercials.

The trolling on this article is a little extra dose of pathetic.

"Busted on a little lie hey fella?"

What lie? CougFaninTX was absolutely truthful in stating:

"I'm only disappointed in one thing - if the Buffs are your new rival, why is there not a single comment from a Ute fan in the Rocky Mountain News or Denver Post talking "smack" to the Boulderites?"

He didn't have to bother checking whether or not any comments from Utah fans had actually been posted on a Denver blog, because it's a given that Utah fans are totally obsessed with BYU, and couldn't care less about their new "rivals", the Buffaloes.

The only one's "busted" are Utah fans pretending that CougFaninTX was untruthful.

____

Try to keep up ... my comment to sammyg and yourself was thanking you both for taking the time to read and comment on the article (though you both said you don't care) on what you both described as a slow news day (though it was Super Bowl Sunday). Remember your own comment? "... it must be a slow news day for someone to read a Utah basketball article".

So tell me, were we talking about watching the game (Saturday) or when we all read and commented on the game (Sunday)?

As for where we're different; I never said I didn't care about BYU. Clearly I care enough to periodically comment.

Ute fans = reality
BYU fans = cute bubbly blue world

______

I follow what you're trying to say, but this game was played in it's entirety ... it's not like they cut away to tune into an upset in progress. Somebody at the station in New York obviously cared enough about this game BEFORE the game unfolded.
