Does he know how to read his own data? Surely, "a lot" means different things to different people, but this study is clearly being misinterpreted for political points.
I worry about bias here if the VOA leader himself is seeing a significant increase in homeless families. Given the fact that Utah's family population in general is growing, the percentage of homeless families is actually down significantly.
