"They put up signs to let everybody know that distracted driving is not tolerated on Main Street."
But apparently it's OK on any other street...
Wait,... they take pictures of the "offenders" manipulating their cellphones. But doesn't that distract the officer? Seems like a citizens arrest is in order. Or at least a good argument at court that the law officer had to break the very law he is trying to enforce. Too funny...
