@Wowwhy don't you wait until after they play at byu before you
make a statement like that
I am embarrassed about the comments.Sorry, BYU will not be better than
Duke. No, BYU will not go undefeated in the NCAA.Your fond bias
for my school is....So special....
@gamer - you didn't include Isaac Neilson and Cory Calvert in your list of
future stars. Both of which will be impact players. If Dastrup is on the team,
we can start talking about our own Fab Five. There's also a chance that
DeMarcus Harrison comes back to BYU after his mission. The future is bright!
@gamer - May 1st? I thought school is out in early June?Jax Emery
did say on his senior year at BYU that we would go undefeated. Well, I
wouldn't be surprise that Nick Emery would say the same. We can dream but
careful what you say. Three years might be awhile but don't worry warp
speed do happen. Nice to see Mika will start early just to play along with Tyler
Haws might be worth looking foward to for 2013-14 along with Collinsworth.
"undefeated"? Can't we raise the level of expectation a little
higher than that??
Too bad they didn't feature Race Parsons from South Sevier. He is one of
the top 5 players in the state. BYU should have recruited him as he could add to
the talent level after his mission.
@coleman51 Mika will play next year before heading on a mission. Emery has a
call already. He leaves for Frankfurt May 1st. @ThomasJefferson If dastrup
comes to the Y then I think this team down the road will be better than Duke.
Emery, Haws, Nixon, Dastrup, Mika.. etc.. chatman, collinsworth, worthington
will all be around for a part of those years as well.
We have a chance to go undefeated with these guys on our team.
Even though they are playing for BYU, I am not sure it is likely we will see
them for two years because of the missionary age change. It looks like, however,
we will have a strong future.
I saw Jabari play on ESPNU the other day. He's overrated.
ThomasThat'd be great but not likely.Great
notoriety for the state and it's basketball. These high schooler's
are something else.
How fun is it to have BYU's JV program featured by Sports Illustrated?
It's going to be even more fun watching these great high school players
develop into great college players at BYU.
