Welcome Lowell,

Many have followed your recruitment and now look forward to seeing you wearing the crimson lined up against the PAC-12, Michigan, and other top programs in college football. Go Utes!

Great news for Utah. Happy to have him, and hope he has similar success as his older brother. Congrats, Lowell, and good luck.

Congrats to the Utes on signing Lowell, as a BYU fan we would have loved to have had him; but I'm glad he is staying in Utah!

Looking forward to Lowell coming in and making a name for himself. I know he's going to go on a mission first, so we will have to wait, but, I'm very happy to have him on board

Welcome to the Utah family Lowell!! I'm really happy that he signed with Utah. Sounds like he is going right on a mission for his church so it may be a while until we can see him on the field.

This is a big weekend for Utah football with a number of recruits in town. I hope we can land a few more good athletes to the class.

Go Utes!

Welcome! Star is a Stud. Little Bro sounds like a great addition to the U. Always nice to have a guard who can blow up the play.

Congrats on the accomplishment, hopefully Lowell will do as well or better than his big brother. As far as taking his time to make a commitment, maybe A-Rod could take a few lessons from him in decision making :).

"maybe A-Rod could take a few lessons from him in decision making :)."

And perhaps Chasen Andersen could take a lesson regarding his commitment to Utah State.

Hopefully he has a better motor than his big brother.

Congrats to the Utes for landing another seemingly great recruit! Here's one Cougar fan wishing you the best of luck in your future! I'm just sad we probably will never ever going to see you play against us seeing that after this season our series will be discontinued for who knows how long? Even so, good luck to you and the Utes! Shine where you've chosen to be and may you bring honor to your school and the state of Utah football!

Go Cougars!!!

Welcome home Lowell...

Go Utes!!

thebigsamoan, Lowell will be gone on a mission for the first year of the hiatus, and will be back for the second year, meaning he will either be a sophomore or redshirt freshman when the series is expected to start back up. Thanks for the civil commentary and good class, I think you represent the vast majority of Cougar fans, but unfortunately not the vocal majority.

The Utes landed a good local player in Lotulelei. Best of luck!

Represents the majority of cougar fans who have posted on this article!

Good luck, Lowell, in all that you do. Understanding that luck is where hard work and opportunity intersect, I would expect you to have very good luck indeed.

Definately a difference between the posts by BYU fans on this article and the posts by utah "fans" on the Chasen Anderson article. Par for the course.
