He cut a man's throat so he died, what a cruel act. Then he sat
idly by when others were put in jail and were about to be
convicted for what he did.

If the legal system plea bargains on this, they are !!!REALLY!!!
falling short of their duty. If this isn't a death penalty case

Now onto my comment about this, the young men that murdered this man knew that he had guns in his home, and there are a couple of counties in NY where the newspaper printed the names and addresses of gun owners. This is the kind of danger that they have exposed those people to.
