"Salt Lake City has experienced record-low temperatures in eight of the 13 days since the New Year holiday."
That's completely false. Not a single one of those 13 days has set a record low or even been closer than 8 degrees away from a record low.
So can someone explain how staying inside helps? It's not like our homes are air tight. There might be a good explanation, but I haven't heard it...
