Was the gun used in this shooting in "legal" possession by the shooter?
If it was, this is just one more of too many examples of why gun control of some kind is needed. Finding some way to make certain guns are possessed by people who are actually in possession of all their mental faculties will be the REAL challenge in all this mess.
