Showing class, like Notre Dame did, is more important than winning a BCS championship. The SEC is a pro-like league that makes sure it keeps all the big money. The unfair competition and monopoly is making college football more and more boring on a national level. Winning at all costs is ugly. What keeps me watching are the underdogs who can occasionally knock over a powerhouse through the beauty of team work and determination.

The headline says they won something more valuable than a BCS Championship, not that they won the BCS championship.

The headline reads that Notre Dame won the BCS championship. That is news to me and all the millions who watched the Irish get trounced by Alabama.

The other way around. This kid and his family were not players attending college. But, they made it a little TOO much for this kid. Hope this kid will make it through. There a lot of kids who are suffering with certain conditions would love to have some giving. Good for this kid and he's a fighter.

The NCAA will probably give Notre Dame sanctions for giving away free tickets.
