This will be a good test for the Utes to see if they can not only play good enough defense, but also score enough to beat a good team like UCLA.
These are the types of games the Utes have to win if they're going to finish above .500 this season.
Go UTES!!
I'm excited for this one. It's UCLA's first true road game of the season, so hopefully that throws off their shooting a little bit. It willll be a solid test for our D either way though.
This will be a good game and great test for this team. If the Utes bring the same intensity they have had the last 2 games on D and can shoot just a bit better (in the HC), they'll win.
Go Utes!
A team that lost at home to Cal Poly is certainly capable of losing to Utah.
The Bruins are a decent, but not a great 3-point shooting team.
If UCLA can hit some early 3s, it'll open the middle and Utah's chances of pulling the upset will be slim.
This will be another huge test for the Utes. I'm glad they have them at home however I just hope that people will actually show up to cheer them on.
I would love to see them get a victory over one of these good teams. Hopefully they can keep it close and put themselves into position to win it. I think their defense can slow down UCLA along with some good elevation but they will need guys to step up on offense to keep up UCLA's freshmen.
Go Utes!
