Trade Jefferson, he gives Boozer like effort on the defensive end of the floor and doesn't care about winning. Of course the Jazz have created an environment that doesn't exactly engender good effort from the players. They ran Sloan out of town because they wouldn't back him up in a minor dispute with DWill and now they are going to reap what they sow.
