"We need to remain vigilant that the new EnergySolutions follows the law and doesn't jeopardize the health and safety of Utahns, said Christopher Thomas, HEAL Utah's executive director."

When a company, like Energy Solutions, is allowed to bring nuclear and other hazardous waste in from other states or countries, the health and safety of Utahns has already been jeopardized.
