Where are the conservatives from Sanpete County decrying this federal government spending? Where are the conservatives who shout about personal responsibility demanding that the farmers build their own dam without federal help?
Once again we see farms & ranches whining for welfare benefits. Do this, but make the farmers raise FOOD crops, not expensive feed for cows.
