by banning all displays, the council has effectively passed an ordinance concerning the establishment of religion. though apparently compliant with the equal protection portions of the 14th amendment, it is contrary to the protections included in the 1st amendment.

And the atheists have shown again the typical intolerance and hate of the left. Why go to all the bother to mock others? What other motivation could there be than hatred and intolerance?

Not all atheists are "lefties".

Believers are wont to tell atheists their atheism and secularism is just as much a "religion" as Christianity.

But now they want to deprive atheists of that status and dismiss us as mere "hecklers".

Sounds like there are dogs in the mangers at Palisades' Park.
