A wrist slap? Fine? Jail time? License suspended? Whatever does happen,
it's not severe enough because too many people still drive drunk.
To Reasonable Person:The article says that UHP arrested 30 in Salt Lake
County, and Salt Lake Police arrested 10 more. I don't think there was any
Impaired or drunk?, or both. Please don't minimize the serious nature of
drinking alcohol and driving. Impaired and intoxicated!!
