Probably somebody just didn't realize they were still logged into Twitter with the official account rather than their personal account. Nothing at all remarkable about that tweet except it being sent from a team account; it's otherwise totally unoffensive.
When I first read the "tweet" I in no way thought it was a slam against Deron Williams, anyone else on the Nets, or the Nets as a team. I thought this "tweet" spoke the truth about Phil Jackson. Phil will not go anywhere where he cannot win a title, this is pure fact.
It was a slam on both and true...:)
