Ty Corbin's seat should be real hot right now.
This team isn't getting any better. And we're routinely being outcoached. Ty Had no answer for Mark Jackson's zone defense.
The Jazz will never win a championship. EVER. hahaha. But from the looks of it......it seems like the fans know it as well.
It seems like a month or so ago the Jazz went through a streak where they played very uninspired basketball. I can't remember which game it was but it got particularly bad and Corbin inserted Carrol, who he had not played for quite a while, and his hustle immediately changed the game. After that game Corbin played Carrol regularly and it made a noticeable improvement to the teams effort.
Here we sit again going through a similar stretch and Carrol sits on the bench. I would expect he will be inserted into an upcoming game and make an immediate impact. I'm not saying Carrol will fix all of the problems on this team but the fact that Corbin has now made this same mistake multiple times tells me that Corbin really has no idea what he is doing.
You can count on the Jazz homer announcers lauding Corbin for such an intelligent coaching decision when he makes this change....
What would happen if Corbin sat the "regulars" (or trade them) and started giving the young guys the experience we need? Would we be any worse off? I really doubt it!
