Is the new GM watching any of these games? This team is a joke and needs revamping quickly. Where is Jerry when we really need him?

When I looked at what we were about to take on.....I knew we were in trouble.

Al Jefferson has to go! He will not play any kind of defense, and he fails to rotate out of the post to allow Millsap room to work on offense, (killing his game too). Jefferson and Millsap cannot be on the floor together, (at all). HoopsHype rumors has the Jazz shipping Millsap off before the trade deadline. This will be a huge mistake for the Jazz. Although undersized, Millsap can play the three, four, and sometimes five position, giving Kanter and Favors plenty of chances to grow. Trade Jefferson now for a top notch point guard.

I have no idea why people think Jefferson is the only problem on this team. Defense was not his problem last night. He had a few blocked shots, and Hibbart was not getting great looks. It was West that was killing us, and he was Milsap's man. That being said, I think Jefferson's help defense is where he is really lacking, and it hurts us overall. If I had to choose between Milsap and Jefferson, I would take Milsap based on his salary/production. I don't think Big Al is worth 15 million. Al's numbers don't lie though. If he goes, his stats go with him. I don't care how much you talk about Favors, he cannot match Al's numbers on a consistent basis.....yet. Favors still plays like he is 18, and needs to screw his head on and get to work. I am still wondering if the Bucs are shopping Brandon Jennings. Al for Jennings would work for me.
