Garbage.

When are we going to put on our big boy pants and actually schedule someone that isn't a blowout?

Very impressive win for the BYU Cougars. There schedule is stacked with top opponents.

This game was a snoozer, as expected. The monster alley oop by Sharp and the break away dunk by Delgado got my adrenaline going, but for the most part - zzzz.

I continue to be impressed by Calvert. If Carlino continues to be erratic, I think we'll see more and more minutes from him. It will be interesting to watch him battle with Emery in 2014 for the starting spot. I'm sure they will be a very good 1 - 2 combination.

Looking forward to Baylor and VT in the next two weeks. They should be very good games.

Nice chance for Rose to give his bench some quality playing time. Delgado and Calvert are gaining confidence and will be fun to watch as the season progresses.

@Swishfrom3,

I watched the game. The kids on both teams played their hearts out and they were anything but garbage. Sorry you failed to enjoy the game. I thought it was very entertaining and exciting.

Great win Cougs! Good luck on Friday against Baylor.

BYU is shooting well and the reserves are stepping up. The dunk by Delgado was pretty sweet.

Swishfish: if you are a season ticket holder, then surely you know of the struggles Rose has had to get anyone to come to Provo to play the Cougs. The better teams just will not come. They want to either play patsies at home, play another top team on national tv for lots of money or they might consider BYU at their place. Rose has done well to get some to come to SLC rather than Provo. This year the team has played FSU, ND, Iowa State, Utah, and CSUN (a pretty good team). They now go to play at Baylor who Rose got to come to Provo last year. Surely as a season ticket holder you are aware of those games. Check out the schedules of other teams in the west and you'll see some really weak schedules. I know the team this year is not as good as the Jimmer (and prior) years. They struggle to shoot it well from the outside and their are undersized. But Dave Rose is a great coach and will get the best from them.

The Cougs need a win over Baylor and/or Virginia Tech to give them a little momentum going into conference play.

As for having a weak schedule, this year's schedule isn't too bad with games against Notre Dame (ranked for much of season thus far), Florida State, Iowa State, Baylor, Virginia Tech, Utah State, and Utah.

I graduated from ENMU and BYU! Great schools! I'm proud of ENMU for doing such a great job against a great team! ENMU is a tiny college community from Eastern New Mexico. Just over 5,000 students enrolled verses over 30 thousand for BYU so they did suprisingly well. GO ENMU and GO BYU!
