I know that you haven't received all the info yet, but this story doesn't make sense, and completely lacking any info.
Why was he standing outside talking on his cell phone, 30 minutes AFTER the shooting? (before?) I would have thought that he was arrested, or been in no position to be talking on his cell phone, after shooting the police car.
Was the car occupied when it was shot or was the police car parked and minding its own business when it was shot?
Glad to hear noone was injured (other than the computer).
