This guys rap sheet reads like an addict. Since trouble with the law has had no affect on him, how do you deal with someone that has no insurance, drives under the influence and leaves injured children at the scene of an accident? How can we get the message accross to him that he needs to reform his life? Apparently booze is what he lives for.
