The state of Utah just wasted millions of dollars by selecting the vender that can't provide the data needed. USOE is out of control.
The mission statement of American Institutes for Research has nothing to do with academic testing. "AIR's mission is to conduct and apply the best behavioral and social science research and evaluation towards improving peoples' lives, with a special emphasis on the disadvantaged." AIR is a far left group whose major funding comes from a George Soros interest. Please search their website. They are not trying to hide who they are. AIR values do not align with Utah values at all.
