If this rule had been in effect in past years Matt Harpring would have had to get a second job just to pay the fines.
If Billups got warned for the flop, shouldn't the game be in protest? It was that flop, and the subsequent foul shots that sealed the victory. And Henry, Matt never flopped! He is the football playing tough guy! It was Collins that was the biggest flopper in all of the land!
