There was a reason the President wanted the Healthcare Act passed before legislators and regulators read the bll. They wanted it confusing enough so they could have interpretations the way the administraton want them. A lot of water has gone under the bridge since March of 2010 and in 2 years and 9 months, it is still confusing and has so much wiggle room except if you don't have insurance and get taxed on that as a penalty.
I guess the new tax or IRS paperwork and taxes will be going through the public hearing process after the requirements go into effect on January 1, 2013. That way, it too is in effect before people get the opportunity to comment and read the proposed regulations.
This President doesn't have business smarts. Businesses would go out of business if they ran without a budget for 4 years and had a CFO that didn't pay his taxes as required since this CFO was a Reserve Board president in the New York Area. Then he gets appointed and the Democratic Senate approves him for the Secretary of the Treasury.
Maybe the President does want to have our country fail, economically and diplomatically, militarily.
