I concede the crosswalk flag program is a good legacy for Mr Anderson. But, expensive delays in completing the Legacy Parkway, West High School graduation interference, the City Creek skybridge, and the Main Street Plazza were not. Not a real great contribution for such a high profile former mayor. I personally would have loved to see all that wasted parkway money go for schools.
