Referring the case to the Ute Tribe Division of Family Services is like referring the case to K Mart. Actually, K Mart would probably do something about it. These reservations are pathetic existences for these people. They create never ending cycles of all kinds of abuse, enabled by both governments. Those poor kids have no chance; and will be back with that guy probably before this comment is even read.
