I think this survey may have found more less approving marks than they thought they would find so they had to lower the standards of justice and judges too far from excellent than they hoped. Good to execellent means we have a problems with our jusdicial and justice systme and its very evident. Judicial system has but one objective, excellent and better. Any thing less than excellent is probable cause to remove from position and means they are not serving their duties for the best interest of the people and justice.
I hope this survey kept names and data and dare to present it to the state legislators to evaluate and make changes where needed so we can have an all excellent oversight of law and order in Utah.
The way "law and order" is disintegrating in Utah is a sure sign that law and order and rule of law is not being served by our government and its police armies.
