Crime should pay, for the victim. The law should be changed so that if a person is caught stealing they pay 4 (or more) times the stolen amount to the person(s) they took it from.
One more reason why Trax always was and always will be a bad idea: a vast unattended infrastructure.
Unattended stations are dangerous for the passengers and apparently for the station itself.
