I actually managed to put on even more weight than you did. I finally figured out that I had to make exercise my #1 priority. It was tough, but I now run six days a week and really miss it if I take more than one day off a week. It seems to be a very effective appetite suppressant. The weight comes off slowly, but time is on my side. I'm down 70 pounds. I used to travel a lot and it is harder when you are on the road. I do find that more places have exercise equipment these days though.
