I wonder why Governor Herbert didn't address this issue during his campaign?
Here's some Journalism 101 for the good folks at the Deseret News: Of the "five W's", the most important is "why". That's the reason this article gets a D-...there is no why given to the reader. Rewrite and try again tomorrow.
It seems that Utah's gas prices go up more slowly than the rest of the nation, and then come down more slowly.
We seem to lag in both directions. But on average, our prices seem usually to be lower than most other states.
At least we're not in California or New York or several other places.
I was in Tennessee last week and prices ranged from $3.03 to $3.09
