There is no doubt that Big Al can be a nice weapon on the offensive side of the court but the starting line up is still to soft on defense. Marvin Williams had a nice preseason but hasn't been the same since. We need to go back to Jefferson, Millsap, and Favors on the front line. Favors blocks shots and intimidates other shots to make up for the teams deficiencies on defense. Favors needs to be getting over 30 minutes a game instead of Marvin. I'm happy with Mo Williams and Hayward playing the guard positions. Kanter can get more minutes backing up both Big Al and Favors to give him the chance to keep getting better. Hopefully both Favors and Kanter will be getting over 30 minutes later in the year but Favors needs that time right now.
I agree with having Favors and Kanter minutes...the only way to gain confidence is through your coach giving you minutes
