Thanks for a great read! My wife and I have 3 children, six to 5 months. We have wonderful children, but there is a little contention once in a while! Very timely advice for us.
Also, a side note, thanks for the Joyschool program...I went through that as a child, though not associated with the article exactly I just thought I'd mention it...
Thanks for the article! I think we'll try the "oommmmmm" and the little Christmas tree since that's the case in our home. I have a 4 year old boy and 2 year old girl who are always fighting and screaming. I'm only 28 and have lost all my hair! ;)
I don't know....
Being from a military background I've found militaristic principles seem to work pretty good. (it's that dang escalation that is the problem).
