An important article, but a poorly worded headline ... "most" kids are not struck by cars by jaywalking, very few are actually hit by a car at all ... let's use that peapod in your skull a bit better Rachel
lol dude just.thinking. by car she meant car or vehicle. but that wasnt the point of the article. its the fact that kids are getting hit due to being really young and not knowing any better to walking around completely distracted. thats the point of the article.
