What is going on here? Why is the county divulging and revealing absentee ballot count and voting information to these politicians before the general public have even gone to the polls? I think their is an issue of legality and unethical political and criminal abuse of the early voting systems.
If this early voting is revealed to candidates and their supporters, then it should be published for all to see. I think there are federal laws prohibiting this kind of voter fraud and disclosing vote count before an election polls are not open for another week.
This early voting is apparently set up in Utah as a scheme to defraud the voters and use illegally acquired information on absentee ballots. This should justify that all early voting ballots are thrown out and discounted as fraudulent and require these voters to recast their votes on election day.

Just to let you know, last Tuesday I did my early voting but found out that they told me I already voted. "I said What?" I told them that I didn't vote yet and my son voted on Monday. They told me that I had to fill out some form and then still be able to vote. So what happened this one that was voted in the first place? I wondered how many are those out there all over the country? You know there is a fraud going on here.
