Oh brother . Really? Could it be that people who use Facebook frequently already have no concept of how to manage their lives (hence the heavy use) and would be overweight anyway (gee... sitting in front of a computer all day doesn't cause that)... Seriously these studies have to be flawed.
With that said... too much Facebooking simply isn't good for you and probably means something in your life isn't working.
