BYU offense is so boring, burn up 6 minute get deep and do not score. It is good that our defense can get it close for us. If they had to score in a short time I do not think the could.

I'm sorry, but, what game have you been watching? In this game at least, BYU's offense has scored quite a bit. Yes, a couple of good kick returns really helped out. Yes, a blocked punt and an interception gave them really short fields for a couple of scores. But other than Riley's pick-6, the offense was pretty good today. They had a great, balanced attack, with 228 passing and 186 rushing.
But the real story in this game was the defense. They surrendered just a field goal, on a drive that was aided greatly by 3 "personal foul" penalties against them. Hard to believe that a defense that was dominating the other team would "suddenly" start committing penalties like that. They didn't need to.
Stat of the game: GT 0-10 on 3rd down conversions.
