Posing as a licensed professional is not criminal? The argument "immoral but not criminal" is incredulous given the scenario. When a woman or an individual is in a situation where there is a power differential in the relationship (I.e. Therapist client) and the elements of trust, safety and vulnerability are a part of therapy there can be many reasons why someone doesn't stay "stop." If this were a licensed professional there would most definitely be criminal charges. Furthermore, this seems like a grooming process preying on vulnerable people.
